Money withdrawal

You may withdraw funds from your Real trading account at any time you want by creating a simple withdrawal request. Remember that currently open trading positions may add on to as well as limit the total amount of funds available for withdrawal.


There are two ways of submitting a withdrawal request depending on the trading platform you are using:

MetaTrader 4 withdrawals

There are three things you need to check over before filing a withdrawal request:

  1. The volume you wish to withdraw from your trading account's is equal or not exceeding the account's current free margin. To see your account's current free margin please see the "Terminal" window, tab "Trade" in your MetaTrader 4 trading platform.

    Attention: Any requests to withdraw amount greater than your trading account's current free margin will not be filed and you will be asked to adjust the amount you are requesting to withdraw. Minimum withdrawal amount is $1.

  3. Your payment option's details are correct. To see your trading account's payment options please log in to your Private Area and go to the "Trading Accounts" section. Click on a trading account's login (eg XXXXX) of the "Added Trading Accounts" list. Remember that your trading account must have at least one payment option filled before you file in a withdrawal request.

    Attention: If you want to add a payment option to your trading account, click on "Request to add" in the "Trading Account's details" page of the "Trading Accounts" section of your Personal Area.

    Attention: If you want to modify a payment option associated with your trading account, click on "Request to modify" in the "Trading Account's details" page of the "Trading Accounts" section of your Personal Area.

  5. The payment method you specify for withdrawal should be the one you used when depositing into this trading account.

 


Filing a withdrawal request

Withdrawal requests from MetaTrader 4 trading accounts are filed from the registered Personal Area only.


Execution of a withdrawal request

All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within Backoffice working hours (from 07:00 to 19:00 (CET) Monday to Friday) in a prompt manner and strictly according to the client's instructions.

Important: You may cancel your withdrawal request while its status says "Active".

 


Monitoring your requests

Once filed a withdrawal request you are able to monitor it's status on the "Transfers" page ("Transfers" section of the Personal Area):

  • Active - request is not yet not attended
  • Processing - request is being considered
  • Performed - request has been executed
  • Rejected - request has been rejected
  • Cancelled - request has been canceled by the account holder
